What We Built

A live SCADA link from the Hycons BioCNG plant to the GOBARdhan ministry portal. Each HMI poll is mapped to Integration Guide V1.3, signed, and posted to gobardhan.gov.in, with a plant monitor that shows the portal result without changing the plant.

Challenge

HYCONS had to report purified biogas quality and flow to GOBARdhan on the official SCADA telemetry API. The plant HMI already publishes analyser and flow readings, while the ministry guide rejects a whole reading when methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen, sulphur or moisture falls outside fixed limits.

Solution

KabootarX connected the HMI stream to a signed GOBARdhan client for the plant device. Gas quality and the purified biogas meter are sent on each poll. Meters that are not installed yet are sent as zero and labelled for later. Operators watch acceptance, guide limits and the hour-by-hour poll record from the same Hycons portal.
