Challenge

FIRSTDJ needed to coordinate gift distribution across 10 operational groups without duplicate or disputed handovers. Super Admins required organisation-wide control, Managers needed access limited to their own teams, and field staff needed a fast mobile workflow that remained reliable during on-ground distribution.
