Challenge

Melgiri needed a fast plant-monitoring system for 2 gas analysers and 1 flow meter, with secure access, daily operating visibility, collector freshness, report exports and a clear path for plant-PC Modbus readings to reach the cloud dashboard.

Solution

KabootarX delivered a Firebase-backed React dashboard with branded login, live plant overview, analyser and flow-meter screens, trends, alarm management, PDF reporting, user administration, audit activity, Firestore history and a Node.js collector that polls the plant every 180 seconds.
